We aim to be open and honest with you at all times. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please let any member of the team know in person as soon as possible. We aim to resolve any problems as quickly and effectively. We are always happy to receive your feedback no matter how small or large the matter may be. Our team are dedicated to resolving problems quickly and efficiently. Here is how you can contact us to tell us about your situation , problem or concern,

In Person: This is usually the best way to resolve any problem. Please tell us in person immediately and we will do our best to resolve matters on the spot.

If you are unable to resolve matters immediately with the team you can contact Susi Morton our complaints manager who will investigate the problem and look to resolve matters for you as swiftly as possible.
